To facilitate the development of community cultural life through the medium of the symphony orchestra
Our Goals
- To stimulate the appreciation of orchestral music
- To actively promote the performance of Australian music, particularly that of young composers
- To create high standards of all styles of orchestral performance
- To encourage the performance, learning and teaching of music within the region of the Mid North Coast
- To develop the music potential of young people and create a greater awareness of and an appreciation for orchestral music
- To provide musical leadership and direction for the Mid North Coast, and further the appreciation of orchestral music among our communities
